hello there. I just downloaded the software today and am very disappointed. You see, I am a blind user of computers, and I love chiptune music. But composing it is very hard, because everybody requires trackers these days, hardly any consoles I like have mml support, and less of it is actualy greatly useful.
I launched your application and found that it was one window that was completely empty to my screen reading software of choice, NVDA. Windows that have behaved similarly I have known to be java applications. If this application is coded in java, I suggest you use java access bridge compatible APIs to communicate with my software. The java access bridge is present on my system, but the developer has to implement accessible communication too.
I look forward to using this software, but I can't if all the controls are completely invisible. I can't load, play, or edit anything.
Please contact me at ultrasound2001@gmail.com for any questions regarding if it works and for beta versions that contain the access features. I don't know java though, so I can't help you code it.
Also, while I'm here, do note that one feature I want in the software is custom wavetables like the namco163 could handle on the nes, with arbitrary sample lengths and possible an arbitrary upper boundary so I can import waves from other mml applications.

Hi coltonhill01,
Thank you for downloading BeepComp. I'm sorry to know that you're experiencing problems with regards to accessibility of this program. But I would like to try to help resolve the problems you're having. I'm learning about NVDA and other topics related to accessibility on a few online pages as I'm typing my reply. I will go ahead and contact you at the email address you included in your post.
Sincerely, Hiro
